Senior Shared Services Specialist & Team Lead
Ms. Holly Palermo has been with Haverford since 2011. As a Senior Shared Services Specialist, Holly assists the Client Service teams in the administration of advisory and trust accounts to ensure client satisfaction is recognized across all levels of service. She is a subject matter expert across all facets of the Shared Services Team. In her role as Office Manager, she organizes the operations of the Headquarters office, including administrative support services, coordination of office suppliers, interaction with property management, and oversight of the office’s operating needs.
