The Philadelphia Inquirer- Veronica McKee, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Committee member, participated in the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s virtual panel, A Working Culture That Works for Women, addressing some of the typical workplace policies and norms that have created gender inequity, and how they can be changed. McKee shared her thoughts on flexibility, hybrid schedules, and the success of Haverford’s work arrangements, stating, “We’ve kept a permanent hybrid working condition as a result of the productivity that we saw.”
