Promotions from Within Highlight the Firm’s Commitment to Fostering Talent and Cultivating Firm-wide Institutional Knowledge

The Haverford Trust Company, a private wealth management firm, today announced several promotions that speak to Haverford’s commitment to fostering talent and continued firm growth. The well-deserved promotions recognize team members who have consistently demonstrated Haverford’s core values of Quality, Integrity, Discipline and Respect.

Nick Bryers has been promoted to Vice President, Shared Services after previously serving as Director of that team. With more than 22 years of financial services experience and seven years at Haverford, Nick leads a centralized support team that creates efficiencies and promotes consistency in partnership with the portfolio management teams.

Erin Hughes has been promoted to the role of Vice President, HR after serving as Organizational Development Manager. A Haverford team member since 2021, Erin helps to direct the firm’s HR function, including strategy and policy, talent acquisition and management, professional development and academic community relations. Erin previously spent 30+ years in education as principal at William Penn Charter and adjunct professor at the UPenn and Villanova, respectively.

Jim Kane has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer after three years at Haverford Trust. Jim oversees the firm’s human resources function, including HR strategy and policy, talent management and professional development, and total compensation administration. Jim is an executive contributor to Haverford Cares, an employee-led community engagement initiative, and Team DEI, which promotes diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace.
