RADNOR, PA – FEBRUARY 1, 2018 – The Haverford Trust Company, a private firm providing portfolio management, trust and estate administration, banking services, financial planning and retirement plan services, today announced that Nancy Mazzone will be the firm’s new Vice President & Director of Human Resources. Mazzone brings more than 25 years of experience implementing systems and programs that help optimize performance and results throughout businesses.

Previously, Mazzone was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Radnor-based Synovos, where she directed a full reorganization of the firm’s HR Department. Before that, she was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for SolomonEdwardsGroup where she established the firm’s first human resources function. She has spent the entirety of her 28-year career in the greater Philadelphia area.

Mazzone received her bachelor’s degree from Rosemont College and her master’s in Human Resources Development from Villanova. She is a member of Beacon (formerly Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group), CEO Trust, Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS), and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
