Two Promotions Underscore Our Firm’s Ongoing Investments in Growth and Client Experience 

RADNOR, PA – March 10, 2026 – The Haverford Trust Company, a private firm providing investment management, trust and estate administration, private banking, wealth planning, philanthropic advisory services and retirement plan services, today announced the creation of a new position that results in two VP-level promotions. 

Bryan Tracy, CFA, CFP®, CLU®, previously Vice President & Director of Wealth Planning, has been named to the newly created position of Vice President & Director of Portfolio Management. After an extensive search, Haverford found the best candidate in-house. In his new role, Bryan will focus on the continuous improvement of client experience, identifying opportunities to enhance services and solutions, refining internal processes, and streamlining client support activities. Bryan will now oversee a 20-plus person team of relationship managers including Portfolio Managers and the Director of Wealth Planning. 

Gina Parissi, MST, CFP®, previously a Senior Wealth Planner, has been promoted to the Vice President & Director of Wealth Planning role Bryan formerly held. She will assume management of the five person Wealth Planning Team and serve as a subject matter expert on financial planning topics of importance to Haverford’s clients.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bryan provides strategic leadership and tactical oversight to maintain and continuously improve the firm’s high standards of client service and satisfaction. Bryan holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations. Bryan is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He resides in Media, PA with his family and serves on the boards of The Philadelphia Outward Bound School, the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, the Associate Board for the Foundation of Delaware County and is the trust committee chair for the PA Bankers Association.  

As Vice President & Director of Wealth Planning, Gina works with clients and their Portfolio Managers to build customized financial plans based on their financial situations and goals. Gina is also responsible for the training and management of the firm’s Financial Planning Analysts and Associates. Possessing over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gina holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Thomas Jefferson University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She resides in Horsham, PA and serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and Villa Maria Academy (Lower School).
