Mr. Eric Drossner has been with Haverford since 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. As Director of Retirement Plan Services, he oversees client acquisition and retention, as well as participant education. Eric builds client and advisor relationships serving as a strategic partner in the offering of 401(k), 403(b), and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. He spends time one-on-one with participants discussing investment options to help them meet their retirement goals. When working with plan sponsors, he takes a consultative approach in analyzing the plan design, investments, and expenses.
