Mr. James Kane joined Haverford in 2021 and has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jim is responsible for overseeing the firm’s human resources function, including HR strategy and policy, talent management and professional development, and total compensation administration. Additionally, Jim is an executive contributor to Haverford Cares, our employee-led community engagement initiative, and Team DEI, which focuses on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
